The SelfCookingCenter (SCC) is the solution for busy commercial kitchens that need to consistently produce food cooked to perfection. It can poach, blanch, stew, steam and more with the push of a button. The system’s intelligent design consistently monitors food and adjusts factors such as cooking time and temperature to produce food the way you need it to be. Allowing diversity in batch cooking, SCC lets you cook several dishes with just one appliance all at the same time.

Model Features

The SCC101 can hold 10 x 1/1 or 20 x 1/2 GN trays and prepare 80 -150 meals per day. It can produce a temperature of up to 300°C and has 7 cooking modes and 3 combi-steam modes.

The SCC101 is virtually maintenance-free. You can program it to clean and descale itself overnight so that it’s always ready first thing in the morning.

When it comes to cost-effectiveness, the SCC is superior. Its use can reduce labour hours by up to 30%, grease use by up to 95% and raw material consumption by 10%. With the SCC, you have an investment that pays for itself.
