As KCS are wholly independent, we can pick and choose from a large range of manufacturers and suppliers to offer the best mix of equipment for the project. We do aim to take into account environmental concerns and try to offer, where appropriate, a more energy efficient or environmentally friendly alternative. Of course, we take into account all current legislation in respect of operating a commercial piece of equipment and make the client aware of their responsibilities at this early stage.
KCS uses CateQuotes, A web-based electronic catalogue and estimating programme, designed specifically for catering equipment industry, which gives us access to virtually every manufacturers ranges of equipment, with specification sheets to provide a full and accurate quote, which can provide alternatives and options, easily visible on a single document, and easily amended as the consultation period continues to create a good basis for a contract document or straight forward order.
Following receipt of a purchase order, KCS will place orders with all the relevant manufacturers and suppliers to secure agreed pricing and allowing for lead times for manufacturer and delivery. Any bespoke items are drawn for manufacture and approved by the client where possible or if site dimensions are required, orders placed for manufacturing slots, and dimensions taken when that area of the site has been finished.
Our job is not complete, just because the main installation has finished. KCS will be there working with you to ensure that all runs as smoothly as possible and any early issues are resolved as quickly as possible! Our service department will be on hand to attend any problems and if contracted will provide a pre-planned preventative maintenance service for the equipment on a regular basis to keep it running efficiently as possible for as long as possible.
