For lower volume establishments or sites which are tight for space, an under-counter or front loading machine would be ideal. With very similar performance rates, under ideal conditions, to their larger hood machine cousins, they can provide the same level of wash in a smaller space. The only drawback being more labour intensive to load and unload! They can also run on lower power ratings, although reducing re-heat times, in some circumstances, this may be necessary.

Hood machines are probably the most versatile dishwashing units, allowing for pre-fabricated, or bespoke designed stainless steel tabling either side of the dishwasher allowing for more dirties area or more drying area as required. All machines offer varying wash times around the one, two and five minute marks. Pricing, quality and features can vary considerably, but there will definitely be a machine to suit your requirement and budget, from manufactures such as Maidaid, Winterhalter, Meiko and Electrolux.

Rack and flight machines are specialist heavy usage machines with a large number of options for each unit from number of pre-rinse, wash and rinse tanks, drying units, input and exit systems for the machines themselves, Manual, roller or powered tabling and separate clearing systems. Any requirements for this type of machine would be surveyed and specification requirement offered and agreed with a suggested manufacturer such as Meiko, Winterhalter, Maidaid or Electrolux and a full quote and drawing presented to you!
