The SelfCookingCenter (SCC) is the versatile kitchen assistant every chef and cook has dreamed of. You can rely on it for Finishing®, Overnight cooking, Mixed loading, Baking, Sous-vide, Breakfast and Smoking.

Its highly intelligent design makes sure that every item of food placed in it comes out cooked to perfection. It has sensors that continuously monitor food’s condition and prompts the system to change temperature or cooking time if necessary.

The SCC has an automatic cleaning feature, making maintenance a dream. You just have to program it when you want it to clean itself.

Model Features

The SCC 202 offers the cooking modes: Poultry, Fish, Roasts, Side dishes, Grills, Baking and Finishing®. The modes for manual cooking are Steam (30 °C – 130 °C), Hot Air (30 °C – 300 °C) and Combination (30 °C-300 °C).

With a tray capacity of 20 x 2/1 GN or 40 x 1/1 GN, the SCC 202 enables users to cook 300-500 meals a day. Having a HiDensityControl feature, the SCC202 allows large quantity cooking. The feature ensures that your unit consistently has the sufficient amount of power to distribute the air, heat and humidity, in the cabinet evenly and intensively at all times.
